Well Done Ladies! We made it!
Yorkshire 10 mile run in York this October.
Last year Dorothy had an operation on her foot which brought out arthritus in her big toes, with a few months personal training to get her confidence up and weekly circuits and yoga she ran her first 10K and is in training for the Great North Run!
Dorothy is an inspiration!

Congratulations, with a lot of hard work Jack has won most improved football player of the year, from his team which came 2nd in their legue.
Stephen must be so proud of himself, he went from being 22 and a half stone lost half a stone then joined Glusburn weight watchers and started Thursday nights circuit classes he is now 16.9 stone.
Stephens waist measurements have dropped from 54 inch to 40/42 inch.
What an achievement. CONGRATULATIONS and keep up the hard work.
