Where does the training take place?
I work around what suits my client best whether it's at or around their home, work or a suitable outdoor environment. 

Are you a professional trainer?
Yes. I studied for my level 2 fitness instructors award then went on to pass workshops in circuit training, functional resistance and sports specific training, training in alternative environments, active aging and ante/post natal fitness.  I passed the health screening module I am a qualified kettlebell instructor and most recently passed as a level 3 personal trainer.

I am a member of REP's - Registered Exercise Professional.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals.  

I will mainly be your mentor.  I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong joints/muscles. 

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
I usually train with my clients once or twice a week, it is entirely up to you and depends on the goals you are wanting to achieve and the amount of time you have.
